Status Quo Document

On August 6, 2014, the Chief Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit entered an Administrative Order which affects dissolution of marriage actions and paternity actions. The Administrative Order requires parties to maintain the “status quo” during the pendency of the action. Below is the Status Quo Order:
